Os cartórios na Bahia só funcionam de segunda a sexta, em horário administrativo, justamente quando a maioria das pessoas está trabalhando e fica difícil reconhercer firma e fazer outros serviços. Agora, pagando o mesmo valor, o cidadão poderá reconhecer a firma em cinco minutos. É que, nesta segunda-feira (18), foi lançada na plataforma e-Notariado, possibilitando o reconhecimento de firma por autenticidade pela internet.
O procedimento será feito por videoconferência com a presença do tabelião e a assinatura eletrônica do documento por parte do requerente. “É a mesma segurança do reconhecimento praticado presencialmente. Essa modernidade está acessível à população baiana. O advento tecnológico trouxe várias facilidades ao meio extrajudicial e aos cidadãos. Assim, com a ajuda do e-Notariado, podemos disponibilizar os documentos com mais agilidade e rapidez”, ressalta Giovani Gianellini, presidente do Colégio Notarial do Brasil – Seção Bahia (CNB/BA).
Com a novidade, as pessoas não precisarão mais se deslocar presencialmente a um cartório para reconhecer firma por autenticidade, aquela que garante mais segurança na assinatura de um documento. “Ela traz uma certeza jurídica de que a pessoa que assinou é realmente a pessoa indicada”, relata Núbia Barbosa, tabeliã do 9º Tabelionato de Notas de Salvador. “É um procedimento rápido. A videoconferência terá hora marcada e vai durar, no máximo, cinco minutos. É só o tempo de fazer a assinatura digital”, explica. As únicas exigências para que o procedimento seja feito é que o solicitante tenha uma assinatura digital, também chamado certificado digital, no site e-notariado.org.br, e firma aberta em algum dos 141 cartórios baianos credenciados no e-notariado. Destes, 12 ficam em Salvador. No final do texto, confira o passo a passo de como fazer o procedimento completo pela internet.

Passo a passo para reconhecer firma por autenticidade:
1 – Caso você ainda não tenha, é preciso fazer uma assinatura digital, também chamado certificado digital, no site e-notariado.org.br. Isso é feito de forma gratuita num Tabelionato de Notas credenciado através de duas formas: presencial, com documento de identidade original e comprovante de endereço, ou de forma remota por videoconferência. O tabelião emitirá o certificado digital que ficará residente em seu celular. A validade da assinatura é de 3 anos. Quando estiver perto de expirar ou houver perda do celular, um novo certificado deve ser solicitado.
2 – Também será necessário ter firma aberta no cartório escolhido e credenciado no site do e-notariado, o que só é possível fazer presencialmente.
3 – O cidadão deve assinar o documento original e enviar ao cartório escolhido. Isso pode ser feito de diversas formas. “Pede para um motoboy deixar aqui ou uma das partes pode trazer. Só é bom ligar para nós antes para avisar que está chegando. Entra em contato previamente, pois combinamos o horário da chegada do documento e já agendamos a videoconferência”, pede a tabeliã Núbia Barbosa.
4 – Na videoconferência, com data e hora marcada, o tabelião vai confirmar a identidade e capacidade civil do solicitante.
5 – Em seguida, o usuário assina eletronicamente um termo de validação
6 – O tabelião reconhece a firma autêntica no documento original, disponibilizando-o para retirada ou para ser entregue ao destinatário.
