PROGRAMA CAPACITAR TEM INICIO NA ACESAJ
Aconteceu na última quarta-feira (15) a primeira etapa do programa Capacitar foi realizada no Espaço empresarial, pela a Associação Comercial e Empresarial de Santo Antônio de Jesus (ACESAJ) a partir de um convênio firmado com a Federação das Associações Comerciais e Empresariais da Bahia (Faceb), conta com a parceria do Sebrae Nacional, esta fase teve início pela tarde com reuniões, que contou com a presença de seus presidentes, colaboradores e diretores. Mais tarde às 19:00h houve uma palestra com o consultor do Capacitar Sr. Reyes Marinho sobre os princípios do Associativismo e as inovações no mercado de negócios aberta para os empresários.
Durante a reunião foi aplicado um método de deagnose pelo consultor Reyes Marinho, a partir disso os presidentes, diretores e colaboradores fizeram uma avaliação sobre as ações das Entidades. Por meio dessa avaliação vai ser possível realizar melhorias e avançar nos serviços oferecidos pelas associações empresariais.
Seguindo a programação do dia o Sr. Reyes Marinho palestrou, a noite sobre os princípios do Associativismo e as inovações no mercado de negócios, ele que é Consultor de Empresas e Organizacional, em suas falas destacou a importância de os empresários inovarem e usarem a tecnologia ao seu favor e no crescimento da empresa. “Empresários precisam ganhar dinheiro, não se pode ter medo de afirmar isso, afinal o empresário precisa manter o salário dos seus funcionários que tem famílias que dependem desse dinheiro” Reyes afirmou isso várias vezes durante a palestra, por fim trouxe a relevância do papel do associativismo, e como os sindicados e associações comerciais devem ter o papel de assegurar, auxiliar e capacitar os empresários nessa caminhada de sucesso.
O programa capacitar continua durante as próximas semanas, com especializações, cursos palestras e imersões, paras os colaboradores e diretores das Entidades. Na segunda etapa que acontece próxima semana os membros precisam traçar um planejamento e um mapa de ações para as entidades, em seus respectivos setores com ações internas e externas, visando melhorias e avanços nas relações e na estabilidade das entidades com os empresários e municípios.
