ENTIDADES EMPRESARIAIS PARTICIPAM DO LANÇAMENTO DO 5º FESTIVAL GASTRONÔMICO SABORES DE SAJ

As Entidades Empresariais (Associação Comercial, CDL e Sindicato Patronal) participaram do lançamento oficial do 5º Festival Gastronômico Sabores de SAJ. O evento gratuito aconteceu na noite do dia 14 de setembro, na nova sede do Espaço Empresarial.

O 5º Festival Gastronômico Sabores de SAJ, que será realizado em novembro de forma conjunta entre Sebrae, Sindicato Patronal de Bares, Restaurantes e Hotéis de Santo Antônio de Jesus (Sindbarh), SINCOMSAJ, Prefeitura Municipal, Senac e Abrasel tem como objetivo aquecer o setor e, consequentemente, da economia local, além da promoção da cultura e gastronomia regionais. Ao todo, 40 empreendimentos do segmento poderão participar do evento que, em sua 5ª edição, tem como tema “Histórias de sucesso de nossa cozinha”.

A proposta é que os estabelecimentos possam apresentar pratos que representem a essência do seu negócio, ou seja, pratos inspirados em carros chefe. Durante o festival, em novembro, os consumidores poderão experimentar as opções gastronômicas tanto presencialmente, quanto por delivery. O evento será de 3 a 20 de novembro e segue com inscrições abertas para empresas do segmento. Os interessados devem entrar em contato pelo Whatsapp (75) 9 9972-9128, até dia 23 de setembro.

Para o presidente no Sindbarh, Melentino Tedesco “a quinta edição está prometendo muito e temos notado que os restaurantes e a cultura estão mudando, de modo que temos saído de concorrentes para parceiros e isso faz com que o segmento cresça e a sociedade leve vantagem na melhoria dos serviços, das ofertas dos estabelecimentos. O valor que os empreendimentos arcam na adesão ao festival é uma pequena colaboração diante da oferta de palestras e treinamentos gratuitos, fotografia, banner e outros produtos. Acredito que, neste ano, teremos mais restaurantes do que vagas disponíveis para a participação, devido à procura”.

Gildete Batatinha, gerente das Entidades Empresariais, destacou em sua fala na abertura oficial o quão importante é o Festival para o município, enfatizando que “o Sindicato Patronal sempre buscou apoiar o SINDIBARH na realização do mesmo, uma vez que, o evento é de suma importância para promover o desenvolvimento local mediante incentivo ao turismo e ao fortalecimento da cultura, além de aquecer a economia, levando entretenimento para a comunidade”.

Estiveram presentes diversos segmentos de empreendedores do setor de Alimentação Fora do Lar, bem como os demais convidados, contaram com uma palestra sobre empreendedorismo e gastronomia, mediada pelo chef Marcos Livi, ganhador de diversos prêmios como Comer&Beber, da revista Veja, participou do programa Mais Você, liderado por Ana Maria Braga, na Rede Globo, além de mentor do Grupo composto por dez empreendimentos do setor de alimentação. Na oportunidade o chef apresentou cases de sucesso e experiências da gastronomia, bem como as tendências para o setor, que vive uma nova etapa com a retomada total das atividades.

Ao final do evento os presentes contaram com um momento de integração através de uma recepção especial realizada pelos idealizadores do evento.
