REUNIÃO DE DIRETORIA DISCUTE IMPORTANTES PAUTAS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO LOCAL

Foi realizada na sede das Entidades Empresariais de Santo Antônio de Jesus, mais uma Reunião Geral de Diretoria, que teve como objetivo discutir importantes temas empresariais, sociais e econômicos para o desenvolvimento local.

Para iniciar a reunião, os presentes contaram com a explanação do Dr. Geraldo Mangela que apresentou “O novo E-social para SST (Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho)”, contextualizando as mudanças ocorridas dentro das obrigatoriedades tanto na legislação trabalhista, como também previdenciária. Enfatizando a importância da sinergia entre os três processos – PGR, PCMSO e LTCAT – para que não haja divergência de dados. Para Vicente Neiva, vice-presidente do Sindicato Patronal, “a gestão ocupacional deve fazer parte do DNA de qualquer empresa. Para tanto, o e-social é uma ferramenta que ajuda muito os gestores a economizarem tempo e ganhar em agilidade”, destacou.

Dando continuidades as pautas discutidas, o presidente do SINCOMSAJ, Sr. Herivaldo Nery, mencionou aos presentes a representação da ACESAJ no Conselho Estadual durante o triênio 2022-2024 na FACEB/CACB e no CMEC (Conselho da Mulher Empreendedora e da Cultura), através da mulher empreendedora, Srª Maria da Conceição Gonzalez, Diretora do Hospital Incar, que se fez presente na reunião e agradeceu a indicação, “uma vez que esta é uma grande oportunidade de fortalecimento da representatividade de mulheres empreendedoras, bem como para o desenvolvimento do comércio local.

Na oportunidade o Presidente da ACESAJ, Sr. Joel Lessa, destacou a presença do Projeto Empreender de Santo Antônio de Jesus, através da consultora Alene Matos e das representantes do Núcleo de Mulheres Empreendedoras, que apresentaram o Grupo Florescer. A consultora passou a palavra para a representante do grupo, Juliana Teixeira, que contextualizou a Feira Florescer, que nasceu de uma ideia da união de três amigas a partir da necessidade de se reinventar por conta da pandemia. “A Feira surgiu da necessidade de expor os produtos, para dar visibilidade ao projeto, fazendo com que a mesma ganhasse uma grande proporção, chegando na 4ª edição, que acontecerá nos dias 15 e 16 outubro de 2022 e que conta atualmente com mais de 40 empreendedoras de diversos segmentos”, destacou Juliana.

E, para finalizar a noite, a reunião contou com a presença do professor da UNEB, João Neto, que iniciou sua fala agradecendo a parceria das Entidades Empresariais desde a implantação do curso de Administração na UNEB, Campus V, e que agora conta com o apoio no processo de abertura do curso de Ciências Contáveis. O Presidente da CDL/SAJ, Sr. Ruben Barbosa, destacou a importância desta implantação, sendo este um “grande avanço para o município”. (fluticasone)

As Reuniões de Diretorias estão acontecendo quinzenalmente na sede do Espaço Empresarial e contam com a presença dos presidentes e diretores das Entidades, bem como importantes convidados que contribuem ativamente com relevantes pautas, para serem discutidas e deliberadas, em prol da melhoria da classe empresarial.
